The Ryan Newman Foundation

The NASCAR Foundation will be hosting an online auction starting Monday, May 1, with part of the proceeds going to benefit The Ryan Newman Foundation. The auction will feature several authentic, autographed Ryan Newman items. Some of the items included in the auction are the book "Pit Road Pets: NASCAR Stars and Their Pets" autographed by Ryan and Krissie Newman an, an autographed mini-hood, a #12 Alltel hat, a cardboard standup of Ryan Newman, a 1:24 Scale Team Caliber 2006 Preferred Series Alltel/Dodge/#12 Diecast, a previously used Helmet shield from the #39 Alltel/Dodge, and a safety restraint. The mission of the Ryan Newman Foundation is to educate and encourage people to spay/neuter their pets and to adopt dogs and cats from animal shelters; to educate children and adults about the importance of conservation so the beauty of the great outdoors can be appreciated by future generations; and to provide
college scholarship funding through the Rich Vogler Scholarship program to students interested in auto racing careers.
