The Ryan Newman Foundation will choose four non-profit animal organizations from around the country to attend the upcoming ACES International “Business of Saving Lives” Conference 2012.
Krissie Newman is a guest speaker at the event being hosted at the Bahia Resort in San Diego, CA. September 27th – 30th.
“Our Foundation has sponsored groups in the past to attend the ACES Workshops at the Helen Woodward Center and we’ve always received great feedback,” said Krissie Newman, vice president of the Ryan Newman Foundation. “Earlier this week the idea of sponsoring multiple groups to the San Diego conference was brought up and I thought it was a great idea. I liked that it would give organizations the chance to attend that might not have it in their budgets.
“I’ve been preparing my presentation, but I’m just as excited to sit in on some of the workshops on the schedule. This is the first conference of its kind and I know it will be amazing. Whenever Mike (Arms) hosts an event or is a speaker at an event, it’s phenomenal and definitely worth attending. I’m happy that we will send 16 people to attend and gain the knowledge that will be shared. The list of speakers is overwhelming and I am looking forward to hearing what they have to say.”
